What to Bring List

Please label your equipment so we can make sure everything is returned to its proper owner after the show.

  1. Music Books/Folder
  2. Instrument
  3. Instrument Accessories
    • Guitar – tuner, capo (if needed), guitar stand, amp and 1/4 inch cord (if electric)
    • Keyboard – pedal, stand, bench, (no music rest necessary), ac adapter, and surge protector
    • Cello – bow, rosin, cello stand, and stool
    • Violin – bow, rosin, shoulder rest, tuner
  4. Shared Equipment (See Equipment Needed and discuss with Miss Val)
  5. Buffet Item (Choose something your family likes to eat or drink to share)
  6. Entertainment – games, balls, frisbees, bubbles, and/or other activities to enjoy and share
  7. Chairs for your family and guests (optional – there are picnic tables, too)
  8. Concert/Party Expenses Donation
    • Please consider making a small donation to help with the following expenses:
      • $80 park rental fee
      • Folders and Sheet Protectors
      • Buffet set up – paper plates, cups, napkins, cutlery, etc.
      • Cleaning supplies
  9. Students should arrive by 10:30 at the latest
